1.Full registration fee covers:(Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on Dec. 16-18 + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on Dec. 17 + conference kits.
2.Tutorials should be registered individually.
3.Tutorial Registration includes: all tutorials seesion + lunch.
4.If the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page.
5.Students registration applicant should provide student identity.
6.Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir will be provided on conference site.
7.The conference online payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur few currency exchange commission fee which is charged by cardholder'bank, it should be borne by cardholder.
8.For international bank transfer payment, bank charges should be borne by the applicant.
9.The papers will be published on line.
10.For "No shows", registration fee is nonrefundable.
11.Cancellation policy: Applicant should send the refund/cancellation requests before 30 Jan. 2020. Cancellations will incur a US$100 administrative fee. NO refunds can be provided after this date.
12. A registration fee is required for attending the conference according to the table above. The payment will be charged as USD (United States Dollar) from your transaction. Thus, an additional minor currency purchase fee may apply to your credit card statement, the charge shall be borne by the participants.
